Sometimes, an emotional pain is so strong, it paralyzes the will. It is like a migraine heartache. It makes one feel nauseated, sensitive to stimuli, and desperate for relief. I have found that exercise and my friends have been my saving graces. Love, health, and constant evolution offer the best personal results in dealing with life’s steady stream of pressures.
